Caroline Molloy is a real estate professional with 20 years of diversified experience in financial reporting and management of commercial office buildings in the tri-state area. She is currently employed by Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm that operates all of the properties in its growing portfolio. Molloy, the former vice president of property accounting for Monday Properties, manages 230 Park and 237 Park Avenue properties and is responsible for four million square feet of commercial and retail office space in New York.
230 Park Avenue is one of the city's most prominent commercial buildings. Just north of Grand Central Terminal, it is an historic landmark that once was New York Central Railroad's headquarters.
Born in Co. Galway, Molloy immigrated to the U.S. with her family as a child. She received her bachelor's degree in finance at Manhattan College.
Molloy accredits her Irish wit and humor along with her determination in succeeding in a once male-dominated field. In 2006, she received Monday Properties' Company Spirit Award.
Molloy's Irish heritage means "preserving and respecting past Irish traditions through a strong commitment to family, faith and work ethic," she says.
Molloy resides in Tarrytown, New York with her husband, Ryan Doherty, and her newborn daughter, Ashling.
