A new and innovative way to escape to Ireland has been set up via a twitter account. The account features images of Ireland. The account was  set up by native Australian, Simon Chapman who now  lives  in Wicklow with his Irish wife and two Irish toddlers.
He set up Images of Ireland for a number of reasons: “Starting a business and having a young family means I don’t get holidays as much as I’d like. This is a way of seeing Ireland while I can’t travel.” he said.
Another key reason behind the decision was also to bookmark images of places he would  like to go to when he has the chance. ‘I enjoy seeing images in my twitter feed and I assume other people do as well, and Ireland is beautiful eye candy.
He added “There are a lot of great photographers taking beautiful photos of Ireland, and this is a great way to share them.”
