The RIA Library in Dublin found old family photos in a book earlier this week and is hoping that someone will recognize the people in them.
TheJournal.ie reports that the pictures were found in the Road Book of Ireland from the Automobile Association, which was bought by the RIA in the 1980s.
An inscription on the inside cover of the book says ‘Christmas 1956.’
The inscription suggests that the book was a Christmas present for someone’s mother, but there is no surname.
