Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy among the sexiest men of 2017!

Irish actors Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy have been chosen by Glamour readers as two of the sexiest men to watch next year!  Glamour’s 100 Sexiest Men for 2017 list include 100 of the hottest actors, singers, athletes, and YouTube Stars.

Dornan and Murphy recently starred together in the historical thriller Anthropoid, playing Czechoslovakian assassins assigned to kill Nazi officer Reinhard Heydrich in Prague during World War II.

Co Cork native Cillian Murphy was number 52 on Glamour's list, nestled between Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner (number 50) and the recently single Brad Pitt (number 51). The 40-year-old actor is known for his roles in 28 Days Later, Breakfast on Pluto, Inception, Sunshine, and Peaky Blinders. He will be back on the big screen in the coming year in the epic World War II drama, Dunkirk.

Fifty Shades star Jamie Dornan beat out Poldark’s Aidan Turner to claim the number one spot as ‘King of Hotness for 2017.’ Dornan’s steamy role as Christian Grey in the upcoming Fifty Shades Darker, which premieres on Valentine’s Day, most assuredly helped catapult the Northern Irish actor to the top spot.

The handsome 34-year-old, who started out as a model, got his first acting role as Count Axel Fersen in Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. He also appeared in the hit ABC series Once Upon a Time and the Northern Irish drama series The Fall before being cast as in the film adaptation of the bestselling book Fifty Shades of Grey.

He will appear in the film's sequel next year and has also signed up for Fifty Shades Freed, which will be released in 2018.

Unfortunately, neither of these two Irish hotties are single. Murphy is married to artist Yvonne McGuinness and has two children, while Dornan tied the knot with actress and singer-songwriter Amelia Warner in 2013 and has two daughters.
