stayed at the Raddison Blu for a spa weekend a few weeks ago, really not good, very crowed and too few staff. Bar staff not trained and room was not serviced/cleaned the next day and at 6pm we gave up waiting for it to be done.(one very hard working girl had to do our whole floor on her own) It was so bad thy gave us money off when we were paying our bill without us asking for it. The spa was crowed, there was no where to relax pre or after our fantastic treatments. Ratio of staff to customers all wrong. It's the G hotel for us next trip to Galway
