Irish police raid wrong house in drugs bust

Local police in Co. Leitrim in the West of Ireland were left red-faced last week after a planned drug bust went drastically wrong as police officers targeted the wrong house.

Confused officers ended up in the wrong house after their planned drug swoop failed.

An elderly man who lived alone was shocked when police officers burst into his house through the front door last Friday.

According to locals the man lives alone and was completely unconnected with the police investigation.

Yes SirP! the wily old geezer was obviously very handy with a screwdriver to change the number on his door so fast. And probably a former quick-change artist to get from his 'hoody' into his dressing gown and slipper so quickly. And he also has 'the locals' in his pocket too.

I don't know..I have been to alot of elderly peoples houses,they always have drugs.lol
