No, this isn’t extra footage from “Father Ted” this is the uniquely Irish duck race.On Sunday afternoon at the Castlemaine vintage town fair, County Kerry locals turned out to enthusiastically support the “2011 Castlemaine World Championship Duck Race”.
Although the winning race participant was hard to track down it seems that duck number 44 was first to make it across the line / get into the goal at the local field.
The best duck won.
