Now Donald Trump can't produce his birth certificate --was he born abroad?

Donald Trump has created a new controversy over where he was born.

Trump produced what he said was his birth certificate to Newsmax magazine as a counter point to his recent comments about Obama's lack of same.

Except Donald did not produce his birth certificate.

What he did produce was the hospital's record of his birth -- which is not the same.

It was signed by the hospital but not the state.

He could quite easily have been sneaked in from his mother's native Scotland and had a dummy hospital birth certificate issued.

Or he could have been a anchor baby to ensure his mother became an American citizen.

This fake certificate proves that Donald Trump has something to hide.

So where were you born Donald?

On the bonny bonny slopes of Loch Ness near the monster or in a hospital in the Good Old USA?

It is high time he came clean.

His plane is also registered in the Bahamas and Trump has other companies registered overseas.

I don't think he is a true blood American after all.

His mother is Scottish from the highlands and spoke Gaelic, a foreign language for Crissakes.

Hey, maybe he's really Irish.

Donald Trump is a complete idiot...with so many issues our country is facing, who cares where Obama was born. I am more concerned about the high cost of medical insurance, taxes and the sad state that Bush and his administrators have forced upon this country. Trump and others that share his view should stop hiding behind the fact that he/she has race issues. Where was Trump when the Bush Administration was literally bankrupting the country. The only people who agree with Trump's views or remotely consider voting for his presidency,are in dior need of a shrink.

@SEENOMELABOURNE, CIARRAI AND OLOVELY Mr. Trump came from a typical area in Queens, NY. They were concidered upper upper middle class and look what he has accomplished. You cannot knock him for that. He did produce a legal birth certificate from the hospital he was born in. What has Obama produced besides a country falling to pieces???????

DONALD PRODUCED A birth certificate from a hospital here in the USA. I guess that means he was born here. That certificate goes to the city and state. So where is OBAMA"S proof???????????????

Is this guy who wrote this piece from the USA? "it was signed by the hospital, not the state?" The state never signs it---what are you talking about? The attending doctor signs it----they write both parent's name on it, if known, with the mother's maiden name written in. The birth certificate is then stamped with a seal-----not signed by an employee of the state. PADDY?! I don't believe that's even really your head in the photograph atop the column. Ya know, the O'Flahertys were known as the terrible O'Flahertys in the olde days. A couple shots of Jamison's and i might come lookin' for ya, laddie.

Well let me see ?? OK I Got it now Obama is from Mars & Trump is from venus. The Plot thickens ! maybe they are Both Aliens of a 3rd kind ?? if in fact the truth ever came out O bama was not born in America or on Amirican soil. nothing would be done anyway, Because the Riots would turn into a civil war in America the Blood would Run in the Streets in every Major City like a river if we ever Dumped Obama out of office because he is not a Natural Born American Citizen. so the true facts are covered up. maybe in 50 or 100 years . the true facts will come out ?

What a disgusting picture of a noble man. He has absolutely has produced his Birth Cetiicate, his educational transcripts etc.Unlike Obama. He's as open as a person could be. Beyond all of this about Trump, the fact remains that someone became President of the USA without following the law! How? Before a name is placed on the ballot all of the requirements should be proven. PERIOD.
