The pair got together after the Hurley Walk the Walk National Championship and according to an onlooker they were inseparable at the bash.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "They were majorly making out. Vanessa was smitten, she was smiling and laughing with him. They couldn’t stop kissing.”

Vanessa, 22, recently admitted she was enjoying not being in a serious relationship after romancing Zac, 23, for over three years.
The actress had especially been enjoying spying on cute guys.
She previously said: "It is fun to go look at cute boys. I like being single. I feel like I have all this time for myself and can take on lots of roles."
Vanessa can next be seen in gritty movie 'Gimme Shelter', in which she plays a homeless pregnant teenager.
