Simon Cowell should thank Susan Boyle all the way to the bank.

The music mogul earned a whopping $61.5 million dollars in 2009, surpassing David Beckham according to new estimates on Friday.

Cowell, owes a huge amount of that success to Susan Boyle who really helped his bank balance with her spectacular success and signing for his record label.

Overall Simon is now worth $300 million dollars.

Which begs the question: shouldn't he give some more to Susan Boyle?

After all she got her first big pay check just a few weeks ago,a paltry$6 million in comparison to what Simon is making.

Yet, without Susan, Simon would never have attained the incredible worldwide fame he has now.

So do the decent thing Simon and slip Susan a few million more.

She richly deserves it.!

Susan's recent $6 million paycheck is just for her record sales and other promotions for the last part of 2009 according to music industry insiders. It takes about 3 months for the paperwork to be tallied and processed. She is due to get another BIG pay-day around Oct. 1st for the first 6 months of 2010!!!
I think it's a good idea. Susan has an outstanding voice and this picture..wow! She looks like a different person.
i never heard about Simon before Susan came to his show. I agree Susan made Simon famous all over the world. I am sure Simon understands it and he will pay her. Simon "adores Susan". I adore her too.
Or he should bankroll something she supports.
Susan Boyle doesn't care about money, but she realized that money can bring her security. Her brother said that she will use every penny in her purse to help people. He also mentioned that he's afriad that she will donate all her money to charities. There is more to life than money. I just hope that she will find her prince someday.
Nah..Susan's eyes are crossed now at the amount of money she has and will bank. Her success is not and will not be based on money, but on how much and how long she can entertain with her lovely voice. I think that's what is most important to her.
Simon will still be around long after Boyle as stopped making this so called music. He is the boss and no-one gets as big as the boss and if they try they just get put in their place. Thats Showbiz and it happens all the time. So no he shpuld not give her any more money.
Simon Cowell made his money and fame long before he found SuBo! He has been on television screens for 10 years, finding 'talent' and making money off them, and he is still a more famous face than Susan Boyle. His money will come from far more than Susan's albums - which is what her check will be based on.
