According the Miss Universe 2010 Betting Odds it seems that Miss Ireland is now the favorite to win the contest. The contest will take place on Monday night in Las Vegas. Rozanna Purcell, Miss Ireland was at 20/1 last week but she has proven extremely popular in Irish bookies, Boylesports and Paddy Power, this week. She is now just 9/2 with Paddy Power and 4/1 with Boylesports.
The former favorite Miss Philippines, Venus Raj is still in with a chance. She is being backed at 6/1 with Paddy Power while Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete, is just behind at 8/1 with Boylesports.

You always have to figure Miss Venezuela will be in the money. Beauty contests are the national sport of Venezuela. It's the only one they're good at.
