Laga Gaga joins in Justin Bieber's comic strip law suit

Her Ladyship Gaga has jumped on the law suit band wagon and is filing a legal action, along with Justin Bieber, against the comic strip creators, Bluewater Productions. The comic strip company have become famous for the "Fame" comic strips, with Kristen Stewart's and Robert Pattinson's selling especially well (surprise, surprise).
Lady Gaga claims that her own sell-out version of the comic strip "Fame: Lady Gaga", was not authorized by the star herself.
However, Lady Gaga's version has been on the shelves since June and has already sold out in many retailers. Justin Bieber's version was due to come out in October.
Bluewater is insistent that they have done nothing wrong. Their lawyer, Kenneth Feinswog said "We knew our rights on this before we jumped into the biography world. These are 100 percent biographies on their lives."

The article you posted about us and Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga sueing us is 100% false. You have covered a lot of our stuff and I wish you would of come to us and asked us before publishing it. Your headline is really off base here.
People are mistaken when they think that Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber's
lawyers are suing us. It was totally misreported. We got a letter from the a
lawyer that represents the merchandising company. Getting cease and desist
are a part of doing the unauthorized book business. It is not the 1st one
we have gotten and I am sure it will not be the last. We have the legal
right to use Lady Gaga's & Justin Bieber's name, likeness and persona in our
truthful expressive works, our comic books, and we stand by our First
Amendment rights.
