The Irish Pub Film won "Best Feature Film" at the 2014 Bergenfield Film Festival, held in Bergenfield, NJ on Thursday, May 1st.  

Visiting from Ireland for the festival and screening tour, both Alex Fegan, Director of The Irish Pub Film, and Denis Dwyer, Producer were present at the festival.  

"With superb films from Stephen Dijoseph, Frank Gigante, Fred Kouefati, Alex Baran and others, it is humbling to receive this recognition. Atom Films would like to thank Festival Organizers Ann Marie Cassar, Linda Masincup, Sylain Williams, Dominick Cassar, Cathie Studwell, Courtney Masincup and John Bragoli, and Tommy Fox's Irish Pub for the after-party, as well as Mayor Norman Schmelz, Council President Chris Tully, Councilwoman Kathleen Sahlberg and Deirdre Woodbyrne, Irish Network USA, for their wonderful welcome and hospitality," said Alex Fegan following the festival.

Festival Organizer Ann Marie Cassar said, "This year was our Tenth Annual Bergenfield Film Festival.  All the filmmakers made it very special especially our winners best feature "The Irish Pub" and best short "Credence." Please save the date of May 7, 2015, for our Eleventh Bergenfield Film Festival."   

The after party was held at Tommy Fox's Pub. Owner Tommy O'Reilly who hosted the event said, "It was a great evening with all of the filmmakers and festival organizers. We are honored to be involved in the film festival every year and promoting the arts here in our community. This year was particularly special having an Irish film enter and win best feature film."
