Found guilty of sadistic murder architect Graham Dwyer told “I’ll support you no matter what” by fans.Photocall

Despite being found guilty of one of the most horrific murders in the history of Ireland, convicted killer Graham Dwyer has received several love letters and tokens of affection such as underwear from female fans.

During his nine-week trial for the murder of Elaine O’Hara, architect Dwyer has received BDSM masks, female lingerie and letters from supporters declaring his innocence.

One supporter wrote, ”I’ll support you no matter what. You are sexy and gorgeous. Loads of people think you are great.”

While the gifts would not be given to Dwyer in prison, the letters would be passed on to him, once authorities were confident there were no hidden meanings in the messages.

Last week, Dwyer, a 43-year-old father-of-three, was found guilty of the murder of 36-year-old childcare worker Elaine O’Hara in the Dublin mountains in 2012. He has been held in custody at Cloverhill Prison since October 17, 2013.

The trial heard extensively about his evil fantasy of stabbing a woman to death and showed videos of several women he had cut with knives. On the surface he appeared to be a very successful family man who had it all, but his sadistic activities exploded into the headlines when his master/slave relationship with O’Hara was aired.

A source told “Graham has support from people on the outside, mostly women.

“He has been in prison for a while and the closer it got to the trial he was receiving more and more letters. There are people out there who support him and there are a load of women who definitely see something in him.”

Before the guilty verdict last week, Dwyer received one hand-written letter from a fan stating she would “support him no matter what.”

The letter, which included drawings of hearts, kisses, and a handcuff and chain said: “I’ll support you no matter what. You are sexy and gorgeous. Loads of people think you are great. You will be free soon. You are so good looking! I’m not afraid of you, it isn’t a dark world, you are innocent! I know we’ve never met before but I hope you will come back into the sites when you are free. Faith will bring us together forever in the S&M world. Hope we get a chance to hook up. Love forever.”

It is expected that Dwyer will now be placed in Arbor Hill, home to around 80 percent of Ireland’s most notorious rapists and sex offenders, such as Larry Murphy, transsexual killer Michael Bambrick, and Patrick O’Brien, who repeatedly raped his daughter Fiona Doyle.
