The founder of cloud storage startup Box is the latest technology giant to sign up as a speaker at Dublin Web Summit. So far the link up includes head honchos from PayPal, Google, Skype, and AOL to name but a few.

Box founder Aaron Levie, now 27, was just 19 when he started his company. Starting out as a college project, Box has raised $500 million in investment. It has also been the subject of constant speculation about the Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Levie will also judge the $664,000 contest for the world’s best startup at the Dublin Web Summit. One hundred startups will pitch in front of Levie and other judges, including the co-founder of Skype Niklas Zennström, Palintir Technologies’ Joe Lonsdale, Google Ventures’ Kevin Rose, Evernote board member Esther Dyson, and renowned blogger Robert Scoble.

Speakers at the Web Summit are PayPal president David Marcus, Google Ventures Partner Kevin Rose, and Skype founder Niklas Zennstrom, WordPress founder Matt Mullenweg, and the founder of Hailo, Jay Bregman, among other A-listers.

The Summit, “a festival of ideas”, is expanding this year and has added 50 workshops. This includes hands on classes on topics including technology, business, and design.

It’s estimated the Summit will bring together 7,000 people from 500 startups, who will see 250 speakers and 300 investors.

Paddy Cosgrave, Dublin Web Summit founder and CEO told SiliconRepublic, “The summit will be the largest business event in Ireland this year, bringing more than 5,000 business tourists to Dublin.”
