IrishCentral spent the day with the drivers and horse-drawn carriages in Central Park, New York City.
We spoke with Connor McHugh, the stable manager, a Leitrim native, who has 27 years of experience under his belt. He took IrishCentral on a tour of the stables and we saw some of the 78 horses who work out of the Manhattan locations.
