Kathleen P Dwyer, the U.S. official administering the bankruptcy proceedings of David Drumm is expected to notify the Commercial Court in Dublin soon, on whether she intends to maintain her client’s defense for the Anglo Irish Bank proceedings against him.

She will also indicate whether she intends to proceed with the former bank bosses counter-claim to Anglo’s proceedings.

Mr Drumm is seeking  €2.6 million ($3.4 million) in salary, pension and deferred bonus payments and damages for what he has describes as “mental distress”.

All cases relating to Mr Drumm have been adjourned pending a decision by a High Court Judge as to whether the Irish courts could recognize the U.S. bankruptcy proceedings.

Senior Council for Anglo, Paul Sreenan, told Mr Justice Kelly on Tuesday that the High Court ruled earlier this week in favor of assisting Ms Dwyer.

Mr Justice Kelly adjourned both proceedings for over one week.

This POS lives in one of Boston's most expensive suburbs, Wellesley. He moved to his palatial home in Wellesley from his other home in Chatham, a high end town on Cape Cod. Now you can see the actual face of a real walking, talking scumbag "Banker" from Dublin.
