Aye, colkelly! And another article in Irish Central had headlines that as an American, I misread, since we call them "Vacant Housing Projects" rather than "Ghost Estates". I'm thinking they could sell those off in a heartbeat to Americans, if they touted them as "Estates with Ghosts", LOL
