Bristol Palin hasn’t ruled out a career in politics

Bristol Palin has admitted that she will “probably” run for office one day, but “that would be further down the road” for the ex-vice presidential candidate’s daughter.

In an E! News interview in her new home in Arizona, the “Dancing With the Stars” runner-up said, “If I saw something that needed to be changed, then I would step up to the plate and do something about it.”

For now the 20-year-old plans to work at a local radio station and look after her two-year-old son Tripp, as well as penning her memoirs in between.

Speaking about her mother’s potential as president Palin said, “I think she would be a wonderful president, and I still think that she should run. She's just so common-sense conservative.

“She brings a whole other aspect to politics because she's a mom, because she runs a household, and I just think she's really smart.”

In the interview Palin admitted she doesn’t have many friends in Arizona but that she had been offered a job at a local radio station.

“We are in the works with them,” she said.

Bristol is named after Bristol Bay which is off the coast of Alaska, according to her mother. @Sparklet, "Bristol" is a decent name compared to the names given to some children of Hollywood actors. They're REALLY awful! I'd advise everyone to not lose any sleep over Bristol's possible election to anything. I'll believe it when I see it.

If Bristol goes back to school and gets a degree in political science she may have some potential and people might take her seriously. Right now she is a typically naieve 20 year old who thinks because her Mom runs a family that she is qualified to run the USA! OMG!
