Well said GeorgeDillon isn't it the truth, I am so sick of listening to the same old overused yarn about how much this lice have contributed to the Tiger economy, These hero's are now all living on the backs of the Irish even having their mortgages paid and working the double in restaurants under the table (no pun intended) A whole bunch were caught recently working the double, And the govt says that they didn't understand that they had to report any earnings while in receipt of benefits...So what can I say, they get away with murder as the lines of Irish born Nationals Queuing at the job centre grows ever longer. George Orwell himself would be confounded. I mean Ireland never had an Empire What do we owe these guys who have invaded our shores.
Some of the spending on education is crazy. For example, the government spends hundreds of millions of dollars every year teaching English to foreign children. How come the parents don't pay for this--Ireland has no obligation to children from China, India, Pakistan etc. Or better yet, how come the employers who make money out of cheap foreign labor aren't levied to pay these costs? The rich in Ireland make the profits of Mass Immigration, while the Irish poor pay for it.
