This is an unresearched article. If he seeks a divorce in Ireland which he can as she is Irish then he is fully entitled to claim. There is 'no fault' divorce in Ireland and no 'clean break' divorce. Either party can go on claiming as often as they like even though both parties may have remarried. If they are still on good terms then maybe she might voluntarily give him a share rather than risk losing up to half in Court. That is assuming he is not greedy.
