Why was this creep out on bail from his other convictions???? Oh I forgot, he's just an illegial here looking to get free medical/welfare/ food at the expense of good hard working people like the man he killed. What a shame....

The percentage of crime that is perpetrated by repeat offenders must be extremely high. Prison is not a solution, but it is better for society than a revolving door justice system.
