Police found blood-stained baby wipes and pillow in Irish nanny murder probe

Defense attorney Melinda Thompson addresses Judge Michele Hogan. Inset Aisling McCarthy Brady.

State Police wrote “Brady got a wet cloth and placed it on Rehma’s head.”

The Irish nanny then called the child’s father, who told her to call 911.  Soon after the child’s mother arrived home.

Prosecutors say Brady was the only adult with the infant after 1pm, when they allege the injuries were sustained.
