Such a sad story. @Deidra47 it seems that this is all the information that has been released. It's the same on other news sites. My thoughts are with his family.

Why was he leaving a hospital? Had he been a patient? If he was in a fragile state then why did his parents not pick him up there and escort him home? This article does not provide all the facts and leaves one wondering and trying to fill in the pieces.
