Justin Timberlake came over all Irish on Saturday Night Live last night in a skit where he played Irish immigrant Cornelius Timberlake landing at Ellis Island.

His thick-brogued "Cornelius Timberlake" said, "I dream of a day when my great-great-grandson will bring sexy back."

In another reference to his "grandson," "Cornelius" alluded to the rumors which had swirled round Timberlake's relationship with Britney Spears.

“I’d like to think that at first, he’ll date a popular female singer. Publicly, they’ll claim to be virgins. But privately, he hit it.”

The skit was a huge success with the SNL audience.
