Robin is the bomb!!!! He would be a GREAT Riddler! Frank Gorshen was really great in the original series, as well as Jim Carrey, but I believe Robin would take it to the top!! I live in the U.S. but my great grandmother came from your Island!! Does that make me Irish??? Oh by the way I have red hair too!!!! LOL
I don't know why they turned him down the other times - I think he's perfect for a role in Batman. Sorry, I didn't see the last sequel, "The Dark Knight". I knew it was going to be too horrific, for me.
Christopher Nolan is NOT BLOODY IRISH. He was born in London to an English mother and an American mother. He has never lived in the country; he was, in fact, largely raised in the United States. Please stop this pathetic business of sticking a shamrock on anybody with a vaguely Irish name.
ROBIN IS ONE OF THE VERY 'BEST' ACTORS ON THE PLANET. 'ANY' ROLE HE'LL PLAY WILL BRING HONOR AND SUBLIME DIGNITY TO THE SCREEN. ONE LOOKS FORWARD TO SEEING HIM IN ANY PRODUCTION. HE IS, INDEED, A 'PAST-GRANDMASTER' OF THE CRAFT. 'BIG WIGS' GIVE ROBIN THE ROLE, WE, THE PUBLIC, 'D-E-M-A-N-D' IT! SO HOP TO IT 'NOW!'
Robin Willaims would be a great riddler, I just hope he departs from the Jim Carey version, in order to show his own vision of the character. Heath Ledger definitely studied Jack Nickleson's Joker and utilized some of the Jack inspired quirks. Point of correction "the Scandinavian thriller, “Insomnia” in 2003" was set and filmed in Alaska. I loved this movie!!!!
