Lindsay Lohan blames ill-fated relationship with Ronson on Irish roots

Irish-American actress and troubled tabloid queen Lindsay Lohan took to her Twitter page on Monday to explain that her Irish ancestry causes her on-again off-again relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson to be doomed.

According to Radar online, Ronson had tweeted earlier in the day: “Sometimes when I watch old movies I think it would nice to live in another era – then I remember I’m Jewish, it probably would have sucked.”

Lohan interpreted Ronson’s deep thoughts on the past to be an indicator of the fate of their love, tweeting: “I know…and me being Irish I don’t think we could have worked out.. :)”

Ahh, like Romeo and Juliet, Antony and Cleopatra, star-crossed lovers Lohan and Ronson’s deep bond and tragic love transcends time.
