The Twitter phenomenon is the latest social networking trend to hit the scene, and celebrities are cashing in on the craze.

Stars like Oprah Winfrey and Lance Armstrong have immensely popular Twitter pages followed by thousands of members, and it seems a new celeb signs up for an account every day.

But which celebrities are actually worth following?
