Charlie Sheen spent New Year's Eve with ex-wife Denise Richards. The 'Two and a Half Men' star - who was arrested on Christmas Day for allegedly assaulting current spouse Brooke Mueller - saw in 2010 with the actress and their two daughters, Sam, five, and four-year-old Lola.

A source said: "He came to their house and everyone had dinner together." Although, Charlie, 44, remained strong in front of his daughters, friends say he is terrified about what will happen to him following Brooke's allegations.

One pal told E! News: "He's s***ting his pants right now. He's scared. He just wants it to go away." Charlie was arrested after an argument with Brooke, in which she claims he threatened her with a knife at their holiday home in Aspen, Colorado.

He was later released on bail and will appear in court next month. Despite the allegations, sources have previously claimed Brooke and Charlie are determined to save their 18-month marriage.

He is a BAAADDDD person.
The party is just about over for this asshole.
Who cares. Can't imagine what any women would see in this self centered cave man.
who really cares?
Who gives a rats A@@ about this drivel
He was wrong on so many levels, just as he was wrong years ago when the whole Heidi Fleiss story broke and he was one of her best customers! He should know better and even though he's aged, he isn't learning form his past mistakes. Sad really as all four of his children will pay for his drama one way or the other.
Spoiled Hollywood brat. "Just wants it to go away." Threatening a woman with a knife to her neck should not just go away...
Charlie should get his head out of his butt.
