Alec Baldwin isn’t one to hold back, and this week he had a thing or two to say to a Daily Mail journalist who claimed his wife, Hilaria Thomas was tweeting during the funeral of actor James Gandolfini.

According to CNN the ‘30 Rock’ star launched an online rant via his Twitter page against the journalist who reported that "The pregnant yoga instructor's social media feed was full of upbeat posts while 'The Sopranos' star's friends, family and co-stars were gripped with grief at a New York Catholic church."

The journalist, George Stark continued, "Messages included a request for ideas about wedding anniversary presents and promotional notes about her upcoming appearance on the Rachael Ray show."

Hours later, Baldwin stated that his wife left her phone in the car. He sent out a string of fiery tweets including ; "My wife and I attend a funeral to pay our respects to an old friend, and some toxic Brit writes this f****** trash," "My wife DID NOT use her phone, in any capacity, at our friends funeral."

The award-winning star even threatened to find the writer of the story and "f****...you...up," , he also referred to Stark as a "toxic little queen."

Shortly after the rant the star deleted his Twitter account, and released a more eloquent statement Friday saying; “It’s disgraceful that a reporter would manufacture and publish a story and not call for comment or explanation -- especially when it's intended to take away attention from honoring the memory of a beloved figure like James Gandolfini."

Hilaria herself also weighed in, tweeting ; "I hope that this reporter knows how much pain and drama he has caused from his poor journalism, lying and bullying are shameful."

Unfortunately, attempts to reach the journalist were unsuccessful.

Baldwin is known for his many public outbursts, including a notorious 2011 incident when he was thrown off an American Airlines flight for refusing to turn off his cell phone.

He later apologized, and even made light of the situation on a Saturday Night Live sketch.

His official Twitter account is still currently deactivated.
