Riordan, Sean

SEAN Patrick Riordan is an associate at Sherman, Federman, Sambur & Levine, LLP, a Long Island law firm dedicated to enforcing workplace and disability rights.
After graduating with a BA in political science and philosophy from Molloy College, Riordan received a law degree in 2004 from St. John's School of Law.  He is an adjunct professor of political science and philosophy of law at Molloy College.
Riordan converges his Irish roots with his legal career as president of the Brehon Law Society of Nassau County.  He is also a member of the American Ireland Fund Young Leaders group and of the Friendly Sons’ of St Patrick.
Of how his Irish roots affect his law practices, Riordan says, "Being Irish provides me with the knowledge of what injustice looks like, and the strength to help fight against it today."
Riordan lives in New York with his wife, Elizabeth, and two young children.
A second generation Irish American, Riordan has roots in counties Armagh, Roscommon, Cork and Mayo.
