The two minute video advertisement encourages worn out London commuters to take a trip across the pond to Ireland during the upcoming Olympic Games.
With a voice over by 'Bridesmaids' star Chris O’Dowd, the video shows two London friends in a race to see if one can get to Ireland to enjoy a pint of Guinness before the other commuter travels to his job in London City Centre.
Mark Henry of Tourism Ireland told the Irish Times that it is their “most viral campaign in the past two years.
“All in all it’s reaching a lot of people.”
Since being uploaded on Tuesday morning, the YouTube clip has clocked up over 96,000 views.
Henry said it has reached about 370,000 people through Twitter and an estimated 436,000 saw it on Facebook in Britain last Tuesday.
For the third time in history, London will host the Olympics games which run from July 27 to August 12. Over half million spectators are expected to descend on the city for the world event.
