South Dublin launches The Gathering American football games

I think a good way of marking this Gathering thing, and showing that there is something more to it than "Screw the Tourists", so typical of the Irish mentality, would be for the Irish government to put money (very little required) into say 32 scholarships for overseas students of the Irish language to go live in what remains of the Irish language areas of Ireland for a few weeks.
