On Sunday night the New York Giants won 21-17 to the New England Patriots and the questions about Tom Brady’s future began.

After the game Brady was seen walking slowly to the locker room and didn’t come back into public view for 15 minutes. He was then seen looking sad and being comforted by his wife.

On Monday morning the press seemed to have it in for Brady, with many publications calling for him to retire.

The International Business Times said “They say you should leave on a high note, but this might be the two-time MVP's best chance to pick up the pieces and start a new chapter in his career.”

The Boston Herald said “At some point - maybe four, five years down the road - Brady will retire and receive his one-way ticket to Canton. But there remains one striking black eye on his career, his legacy.”
