The WGC-CA Championshipsat the Blue Monster Course at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami will feature three Irish players with Rory McIlroy, Padraig Harrington and Graeme McDowell in the field, which consists of the world’s top 50 ranked golfers.
McIlroy will hope that his one-on one time with the great Jack Nicklaus and his work with famed mind man Bob Rotella stand him in good stead this week. The 20-year-old is slated to tee off at 11.56 a.m. on the back nine.
Graeme McDowell, who showed admirable sportsmanship lat week when he called a two-shot penalty on himself at the Honda Classic, tees off at 12.17 p.m.
Padraig Harrington will aim to have a better week on the greens after last week’s adventures at the Honda Classic (click here for more) and tees off at 12.49 p.m.
