Kidare destroyed a poor Meath team in the second half at Croke Park to march onto the All Ireland semi final against Down. They won by 2-17 to 1-12.
Kildare fell behind by 1-3 to 0-0 early in the first half but recovered with two first half goals.
In the second they proved much fitter than Meath and ran the Leinster final winners ragged.
