Afternoon Tea & Spring Fashion Show: Sunday, April 21st. 2pm. $25 per person. The Ladies of the Irish Cultural Centre invite you to join them for spring fashions and an afternoon of tea and scones. Misgivings: A “Divine” Comedy of Belly laughs, Blessings, Blarney, and Bingo: Saturday, April 27th. 8pm. $15 per person. Join Father Patrick Aloysius Misgivings (an actor) for this theatrical presentation of stories and one-liners about growing up Catholic. From miracles and marriage counseling to bazaars and birth control, nothing escapes the good father’s razor sharp Irish wit. Tickets available online or by calling the ICC at 781-821-8291.
Volunteer at the Boston Irish Festival: Friday, May 3rd. 7-8:30pm. FREE. Come to our volunteer party to learn about volunteer opportunities at the Boston Irish Festival! Volunteer at the festival for 6 hours and get into the festival for free. Join us for complimentary snacks, giveaways, and to meet other volunteers. The key to the success of our festival is you!
The Life and Times of Michael Collins: Irish Patriot: Friday, May 3rd. 8pm. $5 ICC Members & $10 General Admission. Professor William Matthews returns for a discussion on Ireland’s leader of the Irish fight for independence from 1919-1922.
Sunday Mass and Irish Breakfast: Sunday, May 5th. 11am. $12 per person & $5 for children (3 & under are free) at the door.
Bealtine: Sunday, May 5th. FREE. ICC Welcomes you to celebrate Bealtine, an ancient Gaelic festival celebrated in Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man. Come to the ICC’s Irish cottage for traditional Irish children’s games, delicious baked goods, live Irish music, and more! This is a free event and fun for the whole family.
