Its the news we've all been waiting for. Would it be Natalie, Ellen, Emma, Scarlet? Turns out they didn't have a chance. Sony announced today that Rooney Mara will take on the role of Lisbeth Salander, in the upcoming trilogy. Mara will join Daniel Craig, who is slated to play Mickel Blomkvist, in the US film adaptation of Stieg Larsson's thrilling books. As a massive fan of the books, I hope the newest addition to the film can carry Lisbeth over onto the big screen.
