A video featuring students slipping and falling on ice near the
University of Limerick has become a
YouTube sensation. The video entitled "UL study week, time spent well" has received almost 180,000 hits since it was posted last week.
With a backing track of
John Lennon's “Slippin and slidin” the video was recorded by students sitting in a car during the cold snap.
It shows a number of students slipping and slidding as they try to walk along the path which is used as a shortcut to get to the University.
