In a survey among users of Irish travel website GoHop.ie
Las Vegas has been voted the money-no-object place Irish people would love to visit in the
United States.
No destinations in
Europe made it into GoHop.ie's top ten.
Australia came in second place followed by
South Africa,
Orlando and
San Francisco. A cruise was the seventh most popular holiday idea. Other destinations that made the top ten included Sri Lanka,
India, Mauritius and
Dubai.
The website's founder, Stephen McKenna said the results showed "strong desire for far flung, romantic and exotic holiday destinations for the Irish holidaymaker. I do think there is a desire in
Ireland for holiday destinations that offer complete escapism and unique, life-changing experiences."

Las Vegas is great but I would advice to go at the time of year that is not at the warmest or coolest account you want to enjoy the outside as well. Also I stay on the STRIP in a good place but not on Friday or Saturday to get the most of your dollar. You can always spot people from Ireland and the U.K. in the out door pools. For short, you will need sun screen and a tee shirt to enjoy your trip after being in the sunny pool area. There are many other place to see that are a short jet time away. The real Las Vegas action is on the STRIP. Check it out on the web.
