Fine Gael have launched an online animated St. Valentine's Day on their 2011 election site.

Already the card has failed to charm Twitter commentators. One Twitter user asked whether Fine Gael were running a dirty tricks campaign against themselves. Ronan Lyons tweeted "One gets the impression the Transition year interns [16-year-olds] working on FG's social media strategy are way out of their depth".
