The Weather Channel's dedicated reporter Eric Fisher had a group of streakers disrupt his live report from Virginia Beach. It was perfect timing from the group of young males who flashed across the screen just as Fisher discussed how "speechless" he was at the swarms of people out and about.
Fisher went on to make his feelings about the revellers known saying he would "bite his tongue". Clearly he found their behavior foolish and reckless.
Little did he know that by Monday his the report would have more nearly one million views on YouTube.

In this wonderful new video, by TheLineIreland, the Irish show their massive capacity for optimism, their great wit and how they are incapable of answer a question. And of course there's one gentleman who sees this as a mathematical impossibility.
This video is also a great snap-shot of the people on the streets of Dublin and the characters that make the city.

What do Dublin resident Agata Dembiecka and Bill Clinton, Alicia Silverstone, Natalie Portman and Joaquin Phoenix have in common? They are all sizzlingly sexy vegans and vegetarians.
PETA is now on a mission to find their sexy but not-quite-world-famous counterparts. Agata has beaten out hundreds of entrants from across Europe to become one of eight female finalists in PETA's Europe's Sexiest Vegetarian contest.

Grooving to “Lose your mind”, her gangsta style moves have even caught the attention of the LA gossip hound Perez Hilton, who posted the video clip on his site exclaiming: “What the hell is this?? Dublin-based artist and member of the Loud Mouth Collective, C.F. Meister won a competition staged by Valve Corporation to create the new video for their song "Exile, Vilify".
The song was penned by the band to be part of the soundtrack for the video game "Portal 2" "a first-person puzzle-platform video game."
And here it is the winner, a lone sock puppet in wandering about in the hills of South County Dublin and even getting the DART. Although the video's a bit strange it certainly paints a beautiful picture of Meister's hometown.
Michael O'Leary and his marketing teams just couldn't resist the opportunity, on Wednesday, to use Gerard Depardieu's public urination scandal as a marketing ploy. And who could blame them.
The French star Gerard Depardieu was not allowed to use the bathroom on the CityJet flight from Dublin to Paris as the plane was about to take off. Apparently unable to hold on Depardieu urinated into a bottle in the aisle. He insists he did this "as discreetly as possible".Not surprisingly it was reported that he seemed to be quite drunk.

There you go folks even before Labor Day we're reminded to get shopping. There's only 129 shopping days to Christmas.
