Survey finds that 82 percent of Irish people want the Irish Government to introduce a tax on the rich.
The poll was carried out on behalf of the Community Platform which includes Age Action Ireland, the Traveler Movement and the Simon Community.
The Community Platform is now calling for a wealth tax to be imposed on those who have assets of more than over €1 million or have incomes of over €100,000.
Just one percent of tax could generate over €500 million for the Exchequer.

Who funds these groups? They smell familiarly like George Soros front organizations. How about polling the rich about this proposed tax? I'll bet you'll get an 80% anti tax sentiment.

A tax on assets over $1MM? Think the wealth not tied up in real estate might be headed out of the country if this goes through. Get ready for Ansbacher Round 2.
