Time magazine today named Sarah Palin as one of their top leaders for the 2010 list.
Yes, really.
It's quite the surprise given that Palin is the leader of absolutely nothing; except for her relentless PR campaign
Let's face it - the word former is surgically attached to her at this point.
The "former" governor of Alaska, and the "former" Republican nominee for vice-president.
So, what's she leading exactly?
The bio is penned by the hard rock journeyman Ted Nugent and he's clearly sharing Alec Baldwin's feelings.
"If Sarah Palin played a loud, grinding instrument, she would be in my band," he declares.
He pays tribute to her "independent patriotic spirit," and says she makes America better.
It gets worse.
"Her rugged individualism, self-reliance and a herculean work ethic resonate now more than ever in a country spinning away from these basics that made the U.S.A. the last best place."
Nugent also believes in the gangster government carry-on saying that "Fedzilla" is no solution.
Funny how the very people who rant about the federal government want to be in it.

At least kennedy new how to read and read the newspapers from fron to back. Remember when Katie asked Palin what papers do you read???? Kennedy never had to write on his hands regarding issues.
Palin the biggest joke, and laughing all the way to the bank along with Glen Beck. They deserve eack other and Fox news.

Hmm...Hitler, clinton, both Times men of the year? Time to see a connection? I don't think Sarahs Adams apple is pronounced enough to be on the list. How about nominating janet napoltano or janet reno?

Oh and TIME Magazine's Man of the Year in 1938 was Hitler by the way. They make mistakes sometimes.

She advocates violence in discussing political issues, she quits her job as governor to make money as a talk host, misrepresents issues, and now TIME wants to applaud and make her the next president or vice-president? I was considering subscribing to TIME but not now!

Tragic as that may be I console myself that it’s a diverse list. I am amused and amazed that she shares the honor with the likes of Neil Patrick Harris, Zaha Hadid, Bill Clinton, Lady Gaga, and Conan O’Brien. As John Mellencamp said ‘Ain’t that America!’

Funny how people who rant against Sarah Palin, can put the likes of the kennedy clan on a pedestal. How many rapes, drunk drivings, murders, driving off a bridge and drowning women, cheating on their spouses, making deals with venezuelan communist dictator/rehab stints & many many scandals their family money paid off, does it take for you to realize there is no mystique?
