  • For facing the most difficult and loneliest job in the world with grace, dignity, honesty and guts in spite of so many "Haters":
  • For being, in spite of all the hate, pettiness, racism, corruption and immaturity around, the most progressive president in decades:

Thank you for showing us that any old coke head, without showing his papers, without any managerial experience, who can't speak without a teleprompter can get elected President. Thank you for showing us how far we have fallen in this country, maybe, just maybe we will wake up and realize what we have become.

Disgusting, especially when so many of these things are absolutley incorrect. Some countries (muslim) LIKE(D)the US better, although that has changed in recent weeks--there are no countries that RESPECT the US more. And leaving the past behind.. give me a break. In his Libya speech he took swipes at both Clinton and Bush; and how about his apology tour? Yeah he is forgetting things like terrorist attacks on the US and those who committed such heinous acts. Finally, the Iraq withdrawal plan was scheduled before he took office; thank you Mr President for not screwing that up. No thank you, Irish Central.

Thank you, Patrick. A positive article with such negative, racist reaction. I for one am pleased with some, not all, of his accomplishments. The terms someone used 'fools and tools' is spot on for his naysayers. Again, Bush2 ran us into the ground and now no Republicans will be responsible for it. Where were all those budget balancers in those 8 years? Shame on youse, eejits!

Enjoy OBAMA while you can because most Americans from both parties I have asked don't like him. I don't care one whit about it one way or the other, because it is the rich elite that make the rules all over the world. Get ready for the One World Goverment. The rest of us are just serfs.

AMAZING SO MANY IGNORANT PEOPLE OUT THERE ---- WE CANNOT FIND ANY SCHOOL FRIENDS OF HIS WE CANNOT FIND ANY COLLEGE PAPERS HE WROTE WE CANNOT FIND OUT HOW HE PAID FOR COLUMBIA OR HARVARD WE CANNOT FIND OUT ANY GRADES IN SCHOOL wE CANNOT FIND HIS BIRTH CTF.
