Sarah Palin leaves it too late as Michele Bachmann has stolen her show

Now comes Sarah Palin, heading for New Hampshire for the Labor Day picnic, throwing shapes about running for president.

It's too late Sarah.

The stable door is locked and all the candidates who matter are out in the field.

You have left it too late.

Michele Bachmann has stolen your best lines and is the resident Mad Hatter at the Tea Party.

The fact is Sarah, your ego wlll not let you concede the field to Bachmann, a ' Jilly come lately' as far as you are concerned.

You broke the ground for women in the Republican Party, you took all the slings and arrows as John McCain's running mate.

And when you were busy cashing in after the election you barely noticed that the little known Congresswoman from gopher country in Minnesota had pitched her tent as the "Designated Republican Woman in the 2012 Presidential Election race.'

Michelle is smarter than you Sarah, knows what she is talking about, even if much of it is way far to the right.

She's pretty too which helps, and she is very good at controlling access so she gets lots of favorable press.

Sarah, you sent too much time promoting yourself on cable and selling books.

Now, the caravan has left town and Michelle is along for the ride.

Showing up late in New Hampshire is the equivalent of arriving at the last picture show only to realize the last seat has been sold.

Sure you will get coverage, but Michelle has her campaign up and running.

You might as well go back to hunting grizzlies in the Far North.

I'm a conservative, but can you imagine Palin as Sect. of State? The woman is a war monger, she'd be nuking Russians and Iranians like there's no tomorrow.

peterson stated: "She would be a great Sec. of State" Palin is un informed, a step away from being illiterate, has no concept of U.S. or World history, never held a passport before she ran with McCain, walked away from every responsibility she ever held....And as a parent; her family is a total wreck. But you think she would be great; and what really scares me is you probably vote too. God help America!

Obviously you have not done your homework. You point out a very clear example of why journalism is dying quickly. Michelle Bachmann held an event this afternoon in IOWA........a whopping total of 80 people attended, as she screamed her ONLY LINE, "Obama will be a one term president".....well other than asking for money, which is is BADLY in need of, and she did invite the small group of people to the White House for her innaug.party.....ughhh yhea, like that is ever gonna happen! Anyone on the ground realizes the Palin supporters are huge in number and solid. She isn't even trying yet. All of the media...such as yourself, painting her as irrelevant, proves the point how much she is relevant. Bachmann, although a nice lady, is no longer in the game, and could never pull this off. Stand by and watch.........leave the lost art of journalism to someone who has either sources, or is not too much of a slacker to simply research what is going on......... The crowds are no longer there for Bachmann......and EVERYONE is watching to see what the Barracuda will do next......there is GREAT anticipation........hey, just like reading your little blog here:)
