Sarah Palin can be president in 2012 and Mayor Mike Bloomberg will help

New York Magazine has a long piece this week proclaiming that there is a definite chance that we could end up with
President Sarah Palin in 2012.
I concur and have made that argument in these columns frequently in the past, much to the derision of many, I have to say.
So welcome aboard New York Magazine.
The reasons Palin has a real shot are becoming more obvious.
The Republican Party has been unable to stop Tea Party heroes from winning nominations for key Senate and House races this time around.
With their expected victory in the House and a real shot at the senate the power of the Tea Party is only going to grow.
When that occurs, they will have an even larger say in the nomination process for 2012 for the
White House.
While Palin has said she has not considered it, there is no question in my mind that when the moment comes she will look in the mirror and see herself as a viable candidate.
After all this is a woman with an extraordinary story so far. Who on earth would have seen her as a Vice Presidential pick when she was an obscure governor of
Alaska? Or the kind of white-hot media star she has become?
So there is no reason why not. The current establishment candidate is
Mitt Romney who has about as much excitement potential as a eunuch in a harem.
Mitt simply doesn't cut it and after him it is a weary old list,
Newt Gingrich, Tim Pawlenty, Mick Huckabee.
All are older white men with the excitement potential of a week old pizza slice.
There is simply no one out there who can excite the base like Palin can and she seems certain to be their pick if she decided to go for it.
Sure, she may not be popular among the independents and
Democrats, but winning the Republican nomination puts her in with a real shot at the White House.
Especially if what New York Magazine says is going to happen happens.
There is the real possibility they say that
New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg spends some billions and gets into the field.
It is easy to see why Bloomberg might be thinking that way.
He is a fiscal genius, is competent and has done an incredible job in New York.
He could run right down the middle between
Obama and Palin and could easily see himself as the victor in a three way race.
Equally Palin would know that Bloomberg would take more from Obama than her and she could easily squeeze In with a roused Republican base turning out in huge numbers for her.
So how does President Palin sound to you?
Not at all beyond the Pale-In I'd say.

America won't need God if Sarah is president. She'll do quite well on her own. If God was watching out for America, obummer would never have become president.

She'd have my vote! And I'm old enough to remember the same stupid attacks on Reagan's supposed ignorance. Didn't do the liberal abortionists much good then--anyone ever hear of President Mondale?

This tactic usually goes against the Repubs. Potus Palin has a nice ring to it. What do you get when you cross a mouses brain & a camels arse? An elektros marthaanna.

Or perhaps if you inject mouse cells into a human it gets a mouse brain, and is called Sarah?

Does Palin also believe that a mouse gets a human brain if human cells are injected into it?
