Sarah Palin stoutly defends Arizona law on immigration reform

Sarah Palin has jumping feet first into the
Arizona furor over the new immigration law which makes it legal to stop suspected illegals without probable cause.
It is the latest move by the former
Alaska governor to endear herself to the right wing of the Republican Party and the Tea Party.
Palin appeared with
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer at a campaign event in
Phoenix on Saturday.
She called for full acceptance of the new law
"It's time for Americans across this great country to stand up and say, 'We're all Arizonans now,'" Palin said in Phoenix on Saturday. "And in clear unity we say, 'Mr. President, do your job -- secure our border."
Gov. Jan Brewer (R-Ariz.) has launched a new site in support of the law called SecureTheBorder.org, funded by "Governor Jan Brewer 2010,"
Palin said the site can be a "valuable tool"
"Now, this state has enacted a law -- it mirrors the federal law, which asks police to ask those they've otherwise have stopped to provide a driver's license or other verification of legal presence," Palin said. "While
Mexico's president has begun to crack down on the violent drug cartels and corruption in his own country, it's time for the
United States government to enforce the rule of law, as well."

Good for Sarah for defending the Arizona law, which is so necessary and anyone who does not understand this is seditious. There are laws and they need to be honored and defended. I cannot imagine having to live in AZ with the problem they are are having with illegals! Obama is the most destructive force ever to hit this nation.

If the driver has a traffic violation, they the police have every right to pull him (or her) over. Bottom line, stop defending people who knowingly break the law. it's that simple. you want illegals to be safe? Invite them all to live in your house.

"Probable cause" includes getting in a car that stops to pick up day laborers if the driver fails to pull completely off to the side of the road. That's pretty nit-pickety, and I found out about it by reading the bill. See http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bills/sb1070s.pdf

OMG...will you stop propagating lies about this law. "...which makes it legal to stop suspected illegals without probable cause." READ MY LIPS...THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW POLICE TO STOP ANYONE WITHOUT PROBABLY CAUSE! Will at least one of you gumbys at least read the law before you comment on it.

In the aftermath of disastrous right wing government, it will take awhile before conservatives give voters reason to vote for them. In the meantime there's Sarah Palin who isn't running for anything. She juggles, sings, tells jokes and makes political comments. She doesn't have supporters; she has FANS.

Does anyone check the accuracy of the articles submitted by Mr. Roberts? He's another lefty moron that is not doinf your paper any good.

Why is this guy still writing columns? Oh yeah...because Irish Central has become RADICALLY left. Sarah Palin believes in the new AZ law because it is a good law. There is nothing unconstitutional about it. If any of you moonbats actually read the 10 page law you would know that. Here is some good advice: COME HERE LEGALLY AND IT WONT BE AN ISSUE! Morons.

Left "Lefty" Roberts also write a column about Mexico's immigration law.

Sarah Palin's actual appeal is very narrow - limited to people who enjoy her as an entertainer. She gives speeches rather than press conferences because she can't face hostile questioning. America's right wing suffers from an overabundance of celebrities who don't hold public office and aren't accountable to the voters. They'll do and say anything so long as the checks keep coming.
