Passengers urged to avoid duty free as Irish-bound planes try to beat air space closure

Passengers heading to Ireland tonight were urged to get to the gate early to make their flights.
TransAtlantic passengers besieged the check-in desks at Kennedy and Newark
airports to make sure their flight was taking off.
Irish air space will close Tuesday at 7 a.m. Irish time (2 a.m. U.S).
Passengers bound for Shannon on Aer Lingus EI110 told IrishCentral.com that Aer Lingus advised them to bypass duty free and make sure they were at the gate early.
Aer Lingus plan to operate all its flights coming to the U.S. Tuesday with the exception of EI 105.
