Christine O'Donnell not a witch, but she is Democrats trump card in November

Now that Christine O'Donnell has stated that 'I am not a witch" in her latest television ad the question is what is she?

She is the poster girl on the left for the wild and wacky side of the tea party and she is being used to paint the tea party as out of the mainstream extremists.

The left can't believe their luck with O'Donnell. Since she emerged the polls are showing that the Democrats are starting to edge closer to the Republicans in the November election.

Candidates like O'Donnell are energizing the Democratic base says the new Washington Post/ABC poll.

Christine O'Donnell is the Democrat's best calling card.

I mean what candidate in history has ever had to say "I am not a witch" as the opening line in their first major television ad.

It can only go downwards from there. This is the equivalent of the 'have you beaten your wife lately" question

By connecting Republicans to some of her more kooky comments Democrats have begun sowing doubts about the Republican party to the Tea Party.

The Tea Party may be about to spill some of its hot rhetoric all over Republican candidates and cost them major votes in November.

It was Karl Rove who said that "anger is not a strategy'.

That may well be proven true in November.

"That's not how politics is done here in Delaware". You are kidding us, right? Because that is exactly how you do politics in your town. You have repeatedly elected a serial prevaricating plagarizer to the office of senator where he has inflicted his meaning of what is,is on the rest of us. He even had to resign from his presidential campaign because he got caught red handed in a big lie. Christine O'Donnel would be a breath of honesty compared to what biden has been for 7 terms in the senate and she is a far better alternative than the avowed marxist you have running against her.
Let's keep the focus on Christine. (Other posters brought up Obama.) We've been looking at Christine since the 2006 election and we are quite familiar with her record. Christine has a problem telling the truth. She lied about her academic credentials; she lied about the results of the previous election, where she claimed that she won the southern 2 counties against Biden in 2006, when she actually lost by a substantial margin. Then she claimed she tied him on a conservative talk radio show and the host had to call her on it. She's never had a real job; she uses campaign funds to pay her bills; she didn't pay her employees; she defaulted on her mortgage and had to get her boyfriend to buy the house. Her campaign spread rumors about Mike Castle and his wife, personally attacking them in a disgraceful way. Most of her money is coming from out of state. That's not how politics is done here in Delaware.
What is this the ballad of obama? He kilt him a bar when he was only 3? He worked closely with and for ACORN as a lawyer and community organizer, shaking down financial institutions. He was NOT a professor, he was a "lecturer". As far as him being in the state legislature, didn't you happen to notice that most of his votes were present? Do you know ANYTHING about the obama past besides what his handlers and press agents let you know? didn't think so. But we know all about Christine O'Donnel dabble with witchcraft when she was in high school, we know all of her grades don't we? But we never even got a peek at obamas grades when he was in school, they are all sealed, why?
Get your facts straight. Obama taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago. He was a community organizer before he went to law school. He practiced law at a private firm and then became a state representative in Illinois for 7 years. What we know about Christine is that she has no qualifications for the office of US Senator for Delaware. Maybe your state has lower standards. And, of course, you don't get a vote.
The office of president of the USA is not an entry level position as obama and the citizens of the US are finding out the hard way. Most of obamas background and voting records are sealed and or erased. He was NOT a law professor at Harvard, he did an occasional lecture. As far as his being a "practicing" lawyer, yes he was a "community organizer" for the corrupt group ACORN in Chicago, shaking down the savings and loans and banks forcing them to make loans to those who would never pay the loans back. If they didn't make the loans the community organizer and his rent a mobs would picket those banks and claim racism. I would take a Christine O'donnel to a community organizer who has gamed the system his who life. We know much more about Ms. o'Donnels past and qualifications than we know about the person who inhabits the whitehouse, besides the ballads sung by the lovestruck kool aid drinkers.
Again, an absurd comment. Obama was a member of the Illinois legislature for seven years, a practicing lawyer, a law professor at one of the most prestigious universities in the country, and yes, a member of the US Senate for 2 years. Christine has never held a private sector job, defaulted on her mortgage, used campaign funds for personal expenses and never held any elective office. These facts are important in Delaware, but I guess not to the tea party in California. The US Senate is not an entry-level position.
You've made a great case for O'Donnell for president, cpflann, with her credentials she's every bit as qualified as obama, voting present does not count as experience in the senate.
That has to be the most absurd thing I've heard in a long time. The Constitution was written, in part, to prevent large states from overwhelming the smaller ones. Delaware's Senate race will be decided by the voters in Delaware, not extremeist groups from California.
Yes when you are the equivalent of a city but given state status with all of the disproportional perks and pork of a state, it does seem to be a cinch you can keep your premises policed up and well run, even be proudly liberal since you have plenty of other peoples money. International examples would be the "countries" of vatican, Monaco,San Marino & Tuvalu, all neat and orderly when I visited them.
The truth hurts. Delaware is everything most republicans would want--low taxes, small efficient government, very business-friendly, yet the conservatives on this board seem to want us to be shut down as a state. That's absurd. The bottom line is that Christine is just too conservative for Delaware. She ran a very nasty campaign against Mike Castle, funded mainly from out of state. Quite out of place here in Delaware. Christine is being hurt by her own past-never had a real job, used campaign funds for living and other personal expenses, didn't pay her employees, etc. She has no legislative experience, no executive experience, no business experience. Chris Coons has all 3. And, as I noted before, I actually get to vote in this election; I'm voting for Coons.
So Delawares two claims to fame date back 250 years ago...What have you done for me lately, besides giving me the vacuous hair plugged senator biden and a haven for corporate criminal enterprises? All the more reason to combine it with those other 3 states and make one.
cpflann...talking patriotically & voting for a marxist. Typical liberal thinking.
Wow, conservatives complaining about Delaware having 2 senators!! Its in the Constitution. Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution, just like Delaware broke the tie in the Continental Congress and voted for revolution. Under the bicameral structure of Congress, the Senate was created as a conservative check on the House, as well as to make sure the larger states did not dominate the small ones. For the record, of all the posters, I think I'm the only one who is actually voting in this particular Senate election, and I'm voting for Coons.
more patrick robert's liberal crap!
Of course, support the admitted Marxist instead. I would expect no less from the leftists circle jerkers on this board.
